Certified ScrumMaster Course Description
A scrum master is a facilitator for an agile development team. Scrum is a methodology framework that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.
Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) is a designation offered by Scrum Alliance to practitioners who have successfully completed a CSM® course and demonstrate their understanding through the CSM® test.
