Keny White


Keny White is Professor of the Department of Computer Science at Boston University, where he has been since 2004. He also currently serves as Chief Scientist of Guavus, Inc. During 2003-2004 he was a Visiting Associate Professor at the Laboratoire d'Infomatique de Paris VI (LIP6). He received a B.S. from Cornell University in 1992, and an M.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.


After working as a software developer and contractor for over 8 years for a whole bunch of companies including ABX, Proit, SACC and AT&T in the US, He decided to work full-time as a private software trainer. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Rochester in 2001. Yes, we can accommodate any request for online PMP training for a group of 3 and more. For a dedicated in-house or corporate PMP bootcamp style classroom training we need a minimum group size of 8people, however one can drop a request to and we promise to see what best that we could do.

8. Will PMI accept 35 hour PMP training and PMP PDU certificate given by you? How do you guarantee?
The 35 hours of training credential provided by us will be very much accepted by PMI. We never had a question from our past participants (who are certified as PMP) with the certificates we have issued. 11. What supporting documentation should I send with my application to PMI?
When submitting an application, you do not need to send documentation. However, you will be required to send supporting documentation if your application is selected for a random audit. To find out more about PMI's audit process, refer to the credential handbooks.

12. How much does it cost to take the exam?
It is highly recommended that you become a PMI member prior to signing up for PMP certification exam. The membership fee is $129 and application can be submitted online at If you are a PMI member, the exam fee is $405, for non-members, the exam fee is $555. Becoming a PMI member will not cost you anything, and you will gain valuable PMI membership privileges.

13. How much time does it take to prepare for the PMP certification exam?
It depends on how much experience you have as a project manager, how familiar are you with PMI's and project management terminologies. However, you should expect to spend at least two months spending two to three hours per day before you take the exam. 

14. What score is required to pass the PMP Exam?
PMI made a decision in 2006 to no more publish passing scores for its exams. In 2007, PMI also removed all quantitative elements from the post-exam review for test candidates. The passing score is estimated inside a range between 61%-62%. The time-tested way of ensuring a pass in the PMP® Exam is to get at least 80% in all the PMP mock tests provided by us.

15. What are PMP exam locations available?
All PMP exams are conducted at testing centers of Prometric, paper based test administration for PMP exam is possible if and only if there is no Prometric centers available within a radius of 200KM.
If you are qualified to take a paper-based examination, you will not have to do anything to schedule a PBT appointment after you have successfully submitted your examination payment. Candidates sitting for a paper based administration submit their examination registration along with the examination payment. Once your payment is submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming the details of the event for which you have registered.

Approximately 20 days before the date of the event, you will receive an additional notification containing your final testing site instructions. This confirmation will contain your examination date and location, your arrival times, information on what to bring to the testing site, and a contact person.

16. Can I choose PMP exam dates when I am ready for it?
As said all PMP exam are conducted at Prometric centers. On the Prometric website, you will be able to search for an exam centre with seats available based on your preferred time and date.

17. Can I earn PMP PDU online free at no cost?
Many companies do offer these offers on the internet, but do these operate as Not-Profit organization? The answer is NO. Do their offer value for spending time on their offerings? The answer is NO. So rather than looking out for a free option, its better suggested to look for quality training providers. Pincorps do provide free PMP training but not for all, its only on special occasion and in return of efforts 

18. Once I pass the exam or evaluations, what next?
You may refer to yourself as a credential holder although your certificate package can take six to eight weeks to arrive in the mail. Please refer to the "Use of Your PMI Credential" section of the handbooks for more details. You also can start making plans for maintaining your credential by familiarizing yourself with the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program.

19. What are the Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) for PMI credentials?
  • PMP - 60 PDUs during 3-year cycle
  • PgMP - 60 PDUs during 3-year cycle
  • PMI-SP - 30 PDUs in project scheduling in 3-year cycle
  • PMI-RMP - 30 PDUs in project risk management in 3-year cycle
  • CAPM - renewal through re-exam at the end of 5-year cycle

20. How can I maintain several credentials at once?
You can align your PMP and PgMP certification cycles and maintain both credentials simultaneously. You can also apply PDUs earned for the PMI-SP and PMI-RMP to the PgMP or PMP credentials. Refer to the credential handbook for full details.

21. If I make the some presentation on project/program topic to multiple audiences, can I earn PDUs for each presentation?
Yes. The activity would be claimed under Category 2C, "Speaker on a Project/Program Management Topic." The only qualification is that the program must be delivered to a new audience each time you present it.
